The Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for spearheading the digital marketing efforts of Belgian Jewels in Pakistan, ensuring the brand's heritage and premium offerings are aptly represented in the digital space. This role requires an expert digital marketer with a track record of elevating luxury brands online.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and brand identity.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize our online content to ensure Belgian Jewels remains prominent in organic search results, driving targeted traffic to our website and physical locations.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing) & Paid Advertising: Efficiently manage budgets and campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and other relevant PPC platforms to maximize ROI.
Content Creation & Management: Develop a compelling content strategy tailored for our target audience, overseeing its execution across digital platforms.
Social Media Management: Spearhead our brand’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and harnessing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest for targeted campaigns.
Data Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and derive actionable insights.
Email Marketing: Design, implement, and analyze email campaigns targeting both our existing customer base and potential clientele.
E-Commerce Enhancement: Work closely with the sales and web development teams to optimize the online shopping experience, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Brand Partnership & Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other digital entities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Belgian Jewels stays ahead in the digital landscape.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University in Pakistan/Abroad.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools.
- Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented approach.
- Proficient in content creation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
