Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.

• Set clear KPIs and goals for engagement, growth, and lead generation.

• Schedule and publish posts based on target audience time zones and campaign priorities.

• Respond to comments, messages, and queries on all platforms professionally and promptly.

Content Creation & Coordination

• Create visually appealing content using photos, videos, infographics, carousels, and written posts.

• Use AI and design tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.) to produce rich multimedia content.

• Collaborate with the internal team to generate ideas and capture relevant training/event content.

• Develop marketing campaigns aligned with our course calendar and promotions.

Website & Customer Interaction

• Update and maintain the company website (basic editing – no coding required).

• Ensure content, images, and course listings are up to date.

• Manage WhatsApp Business and online live chat, answering customer questions and passing leads to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, digital content creation, and online tools.

• Strong English writing and communication skills.

• Proficient in Canva, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and video editing apps (or willing to learn).

• Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage multiple channels simultaneously.

• Fast learner with the ability to train others on tools and platforms.

• Previous experience in education, training, or B2B services is a plus.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time) Remote

Remuneration:

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

• Commission: PKR 35,000 per confirmed sale (expected 1–5 per month)

• Performance Bonus: PKR 10,000 for every 1,000 new social media followers gained

• Additional incentives and bonuses based on content quality and campaign results
