Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective local businesses in the UK (primarily takeaways, salons, and service-based industries)
• Introduce Go Connect Hub's business support services and explain the benefits
• Build rapport and qualify leads for follow-up or demo
• Use provided scripts while personalizing conversations based on client needs
• Record accurate call notes and lead outcomes in CRM or tracking system

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B outreach 
• Confident communicator with fluent spoken English
• Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Knowledge of UK small business landscape
