We are a US-based truck dispatch company looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Lahore office. In this role, you will generate leads, cold call US trucking companies, and close deals for our dispatch services. This is a night shift position to align with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and emails to US trucking companies and owner-operators.

• Build relationships with potential clients and close sales deals.

• Use CRM tools (e.g., safer web) to track leads and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.

• Stay updated on US freight market trends (load boards, rates, industry terms).

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales/cold calling experience (BPO, logistics, or international sales preferred).
• Fluent English (US accent is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools).
