Your responsibilities will include:
• Evaluate clients\' current fitness levels and health conditions.
• Develop customized fitness plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Lead one-on-one and group fitness sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and ensuring safety.
• Offer basic advice on nutrition and healthy eating habits
• Track clients\' progress, adjusting exercise plans as needed.
• Monitor the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise safely and effectively.
• Encourage and motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness goals.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, research, and best practices.
• Inspire and motivate customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
• A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is often preferred.• Certifications from recognized organizations such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, or NSCA.
• Knowledge of fitness programs, diet plans, and health and wellness principles.• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate others, and knowledge of diverse exercise techniques.
• Proven experience as a wellness coach or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire customers of all fitness levels and backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
