We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management within the food industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Description of Tasks:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and they remain loyal to the company.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from key clients promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products and services.
List of Qualifications:
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of current food industry trends and market dynamics
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics in the food sector.
