| Job Description: |
SOURCING & PROCUREMENT:
- Need Recognition, Purchase Requisition, Review of Request, Budget Approval
- Vendor Selection Process (Review Existing Vendor List / Find New Vendor or Supplier).
- Quotation Request, Arrange Samples (In Case New Item / Product)
- Final Item/Product Approval.
- Negotiation & Arrange Contract/P.I.
- Maintain Weekly Raw Material Stock Report.
IMPORT:
- Complete Import Documentation from Receiving of Performa Invoice to Advance Payment, L/C Preparation, Arranging Amendment / Corrections.
- Coordination with Insurance Company for the Insurance + PPR., Arrange FI.
- Follow up on shipments and track shipments (ETA), until arrival at the mill.
- Involvement in customs clearance operations.
- Verify documents (Draft L/C, GD copy, clearing agent bill, freight bill).
- Prepare the actual landed cost.
- Prepare a purchase order in SAP.
SRO:
- Particularly deals with SRO 957(I)/2021 (EFS)
- All matters related to COC, IOCO & PCA.
- Verify Export Invoices for the Consumption of Raw Material.
- Maintain a Complete Record regarding Raw Material & Spare Parts.
- Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
