We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on outstanding claims, ensuring timely collections, reducing aging receivables, and supporting the overall billing process. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a working knowledge of the healthcare billing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims and receivables.

• Perform regular AR aging analysis and take necessary actions to reduce outstanding balances.

• Coordinate with insurance companies, patients, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and denials.

• Post payments and adjustments accurately into the system.

• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of [1–3] years of experience in accounts receivable, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.

• Strong understanding of the AR process, claim life cycle, and denial management.

• Experience with medical billing software and EHR systems (ECW, AdvanceMD, Kareo, Athenahealth, etc.) is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
