We’re scaling our demand generation efforts and looking for a smart, execution-focused Paid Marketing Specialist in Pakistan to join our remote marketing team.

What You’ll Do 

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
• Continuously test and improve ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages 
• Manage daily budgets, track performance, and adjust bids/adsets to hit CPL and CAC targets
• Collaborate with our creative team for assets and messaging aligned to U.S. audiences 
• Build and maintain campaign reports in Google Sheets or Looker Studio 
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking using GA4, UTM parameters, and Meta Pixel
• Drive lead quality — not just clicks — through audience targeting and funnel optimization

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta + Google essential, LinkedIn a strong plus)
• Proven track record managing $5k–$50k/month in ad spend • Strong understanding of funnel marketing (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and buyer personas
• Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and basic automation (Zapier a plus)
• Ability to write basic ad copy and guide creative direction 
• Excellent spoken and written English — you’ll collaborate daily with our U.S. team 
• Strong reporting and analytical mindset

Bonus Points For 

• B2B or SaaS experience, especially targeting U.S. healthcare or staffing markets
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, Unbounce, or CRM integration
• Experience running retargeting, lookalike audiences, or high-intent targeting
