Job Description: |
We are seeking applications for the position of Area Coordinator SAM. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist Head Business in preparation and implementation of SAM policies, strategies and plans for recovery of stuck up loans portfolio of the Bank.
- Acquire, develop and retain Recovery Team for handling of SAM portfolio.
- Assign and monitor recovery targets to each team member at Branch / Area level.
- Ensure to achieve all targets assigned to SAM/Legal by the Management.
- Review Rescheduling / Restructuring / Settlement and Waiver proposals and arrange approvals.
- Guide & support team for Negotiations with the borrowers and provide technical assistance for solving the problems loans and devise various settlement ways.
- Monitor legal cases and find out ways for settlement.
- Keep close liaison with Region/Area/Branch Managers for completion of SAM tasks.
- Maintain accurate and complete data and records of SAM portfolio and legal suites.
- Prepare & share effective MIS of SAM portfolio and legal cases with Management.
- Monitor & evaluate overall performance of SAM & Legal Unit.
- Ensure timely generation & submission of error free reports to relevant offices.
- Ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies and SOPs.
- Any other task assigned by Management
