Job Description:

We are seeking applications for the position of Area Coordinator SAM. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.


Job responsibilities:



  • Assist Head Business in preparation and implementation of SAM policies, strategies and plans for recovery of stuck up loans portfolio of the Bank.

  • Acquire, develop and retain Recovery Team for handling of SAM portfolio.

  • Assign and monitor recovery targets to each team member at Branch / Area level.

  • Ensure to achieve all targets assigned to SAM/Legal by the Management.

  • Review Rescheduling / Restructuring / Settlement and Waiver proposals and arrange approvals.

  • Guide & support team for Negotiations with the borrowers and provide technical assistance for solving the problems loans and devise various settlement ways.

  • Monitor legal cases and find out ways for settlement.

  • Keep close liaison with Region/Area/Branch Managers for completion of SAM tasks.

  • Maintain accurate and complete data and records of SAM portfolio and legal suites.

  • Prepare & share effective MIS of SAM portfolio and legal cases with Management.

  • Monitor & evaluate overall performance of SAM & Legal Unit.

  • Ensure timely generation & submission of error free reports to relevant offices.

  • Ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies and SOPs.

  • Any other task assigned by Management
