Ensure timely and smooth completion of customs clearance, hauling transportation, and bonded movement.

Effectively manage and control all related costs incurred from port to factory.

Document Processing & Coordination

• Handle necessary documentation including invoices, Bill of Lading (BL), Free Trade Agreements (FTA), packing lists, etc.

• Work closely with the finance and China team to apply for Letters of Credit (LC) and contracts.

• Ensure LC or contract issuance is completed before cargo is shipped from China.

Documentation Follow-up

• Communicate with the China team to obtain the full set of documents before goods arrive at the port.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with finance, customs clearance agents, shipping agents, and banks to ensure smooth clearance and transportation to the factory.

Cost Control & Payment Processing

• Be detail-oriented and cost-sensitive—verify expense calculations and ensure they are market competitive.

• Submit accurate payment applications and follow up with the finance team to ensure timely payments.

Customs Compliance

• Be familiar with customs policies and procedures.

• Understand how to utilize import quotas or adjust commercial invoice values against VR values to reduce duties.

General Responsibilities

• Complete other tasks assigned by management.

• Provide practical solutions to save tariffs and reduce other import-related costs
